Structured Six-Panel Rope Caps

A six-panel structured cap has a seam up the middle of the front, which changes what can be decorated: a wide logo crossing that seam will never sit perfectly flat. Either keep the mark to one side, split it deliberately, or use a five-panel.

Crown height is the decision people forget. A high crown stands away from the head and gives an embroidery area; a mid crown sits closer and suits a smaller mark. It is the single biggest driver of how the cap actually looks on a head.
