Questions buyers ask before ordering

What is the minimum order?
Our minimum order is just 12 caps — enough to check fit, colour and stitch quality before a full run — with bulk tiers that drop quickly.
How fast will my caps arrive?
Your free mockup lands within 24 hours and finished caps ship in about 2 weeks, with express turnaround available when an event date is fixed.
How is the rope attached?
Sewn into the seam between the crown and the brim while the cap is assembled. A rope tacked on afterwards lifts and frays within a season, and it is the most common failure on cheap rope caps.
Structured or unstructured?
Structured when the mark is large or the cap has to look sharp on a rail; unstructured when it should feel like an everyday cap and pack flat. The embroidery has to be digitised differently for each, which we do free.
Can you match my brand colour on the rope?
Yes, with a custom dye and a physical rope swatch sent before the run. Braided cord reads differently from flat fabric, so approving a colour from a screen is how mismatches happen.
Why does embroidery pucker on some caps?
Because the front panel has no buckram backing, so dense stitching pulls the fabric inwards. It is a cap specification problem rather than a stitching problem, and we spec the backing for exactly that reason.
Which fabric lasts best in the sun and sweat?
A wicking polyester face fabric with a wicking sweatband. Cotton twill is more comfortable at first and it is the sweatband, not the crown, that decides whether the cap gets a permanent stain line.
Do you redraw artwork?
Yes, free, and we re-digitise for the specific cap — a file stitched out on a structured foam front will not run well on a soft washed crown, and vice versa.
